Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1982, is considered one of the best chinese professional orchestras, providing a high level of excellence and high international profile. It tours the whole of China and the rest of the world – last Italian performance dates back to 2016 – among the most significant recent events we may mention: the 2018 Chinese new year performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington, directed by Tan Dun.
